Through a series of meetings, we will discuss the special needs of your unique project. It is our desire to realize your vision for a home of any style and layout.

We will suggest many "broad brush" ideas looking to avoid regrets and oversights. We will then focus on the ideas and attributes you choose, including:

• Lifestyle - Identifying what spaces you will be needing, how large, where you spend most of your time, how formal the space is to be, how open spaces relate to one another, stairs and level changes.

• Site conditions - We will look at light, shadows, existing landscape, view, privacy, relationship to street and neighbors.

• Furniture - We will accommodate built-ins, pieces you already own or wish to purchase. To further serve you, Primary Design, Inc. is prepared to create beautiful custom furniture to fulfill your needs and aesthetic dreams. Seating, dining needs, bed-walls, flow and layout will be considered as it relates to view and entertainment needs, other inside arrangements and outdoor spaces.

Initial design concepts are greatly varied. We are looking for ideas within in the plan we can use, not so much a final plan. We will pull together all the aspects that are desired, throw them back in the pot, stir it around and create new schemes. Subsequent meetings work with these desired concepts in formulating final plans. Through this process we can optimize the best design that will meet your personal needs.
